life begins~the day you plant a garden...

Today i was on a quest to find a garden urn to put in one of my new beds.  

I knew exactly which way to point the car...due west to Blumen Gardens.

Blumen Gardens is a gardener's paradise, a photographer's inspiration, and a shopper's dream!  You may not believe me, but it is true!  For me, this place is the total package!

Every time i visit, the shoppe is always changing...new displays that awaken my senses!

Its 2,000 square foot shopping space is overflowing with vintage inspired

garden art, urns, fountains and more.  Outdoors you will discover a extensive display of gardens and ponds.  The owner and staff are super friendly and always ready to answer any of my garden questions.  

 Sure enough within minutes i had spotted the perfect urn, 

but i do have to say it was at least an hour later before i pulled myself away!

If you are anywhere near the Chicagoland area, stop by for a visit.  I am sure you will not be disappointed!!

Now for the fun part, planting flowers in my new urn!
