I need to confess my guilty pleasure ... my weakness ...my
Starbucks ... but not just any liquid beverage ... a skinny Chia Tea Latte. I try to limit myself to one a week ... but usually i cave before three days have slipped by.
It is my pick me up on a stressful day ... my reward on a fabulous day ... or my "just because"...
My find this week was on the sleeve of my starbucks cup ...

Oprah has teamed up with Teavana and Starbucks ... wow what a perfect match.
Their mantra ... "take a few moments to pause and reflect each day ... your own personal 'steep time' ... love it!

My personal "steep time" is my time behind my camera lens.
It is my time to breathe deep ... slow down ... and reflect ...

I am one who needs to be reminded to slow down . . . and immersing myself in beautiful photos like yours today, helps me to reach this goal. ReplyDeleteI have never tried the Chai Tea Latte's. Still a Coffee person but whatever helps you to unwind is what's important. Love that your photography helps you achieve that. It's quite lovely.
