friday finds ... the 3.7.14 edition

"I dream of painting ... then I paint my dream"
~vincent van gogh~

I love Friday Finds with Kim Klassen ... "it is a place to gather and share ... a place to cherish life's simple pleasures" ... doesn't that sound like such an inviting place?

Well, I guess unless you have been away from blogland for weeks ... you have probably already discovered my find ... the waterlogue app.

Oh my goodness, I am in love with all its deliciousness!
It turns an ordinary photo into a rich watercolor. Just select your photo and presto magic ... it measures ... draws ... picks the colors ... and starts to paint.  Within a minute, you have a delightful painting.

And to think ... it is all done on my iphone ... now that is one smart phone!

As i am writing this post, it is one in the morning ... I have been lying in bed playing with waterlogue for hours ... totally addicting.
I will pay the price tomorrow as I stumble about my day trying to stay awake ... but fiddle-dee-dee ... I am sure having fun tonight!

If you have a few moments, be sure to click on Kim's adorable button that will lead you to more delightful friday finds!

  8. I love it! 1 a.m. and you are still playing that is awesome. I would be doing it at 5 a.m. instead of 1 a.m. but that is the only difference.
